I’ve owned a warning health juice extractor since 2004 and am very impressed with it. The waring juicer looks very  good and has a nice brushed stainless steel texture matching the many of our other stainless steel appliances. Basically, it looks good.

The juicer itself is fantastic. It does a good job grinding up hard fruits and veggies. The juicer does very will with regular fruits like pears and apples. I found it didn’t do so well with some of the softer fruits like oranges. This may be more a problem with the fruit than juicer though since the orange has this white stuff that gets into the juice and changes the flavour.
As far as Waring’s customer service, they rock. I am quite surprised since most customer service places really don’t have good help, but I can honestly say that waring has the best customer service I’ve experienced. I used this juicer for about four years and then had a problem with the refuse collector (something snapped off – some white tab that locks into places). I didn’t know what was the issue so I called Waring and spoke to their customer support staff. The agent on the phone told me what the problem was and even sent me a brand new refuse collector for free – I didn’t even have to pay shipping and handling.

The new refuse collector arrived without problem. However, it did not fit perfectly. So I called the customer service back. What happened was that the company changed their manufacturer a few years ago and the designed had changed somewhat. Now get this – she arranged for UPS to pick up the refuse collector and SHIPPED ME A BRAND NEW JUICER for free.

I couldn’t believe this – who sends someone a brand new juice after five years! I know this is probably something that doesn’t occur often, but I was elated.  Their customer service e attitude was fantastic, however. If my juice broke tomorrow, I would buy another juicer from this company in a heartbeat because of this.

As far as cleaning the juicer goes, it’s pretty easy. You shove everything into the dishwasher. The mesh filter  thing doesn’t seem to clean very well in the dish washer, but it’s easy enough to just wash it by hand, so no big deal.

Now, there are a few things that can be improved with the waring JEX328 juicer. The feeding chute is smaller than that of the competitors. This doesn’t make that big of a difference, but it would certainly be nice if it was a bit bigger. Ah well.

Overall I’m impressed with this juicer. It lasts a long time and it does what it suppose to do. And customer service is the best I’ve seen so far. So, if you are thinking about getting a juicer, look at a waring juice  extractor.
